3. Our social media management tools

The club uses an internal tool to manage its own accounts on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and X. It connects only through each platform’s official interface (API), with the club’s permission.

  • It reads the club’s own posts, their statistics (such as views, likes and shares) and comments or messages sent to the club.
  • From commenters it keeps only the public username, the comment and a link to it. It does not build profiles of individuals.
  • Every reply or post is approved by a club staff member before it is sent. The tool never starts a conversation with anyone.
  • It does not collect data from other people’s accounts beyond public posts and public statistics.
  • YouTube data is handled under the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can review or remove the club tool’s access to Google data at Google security settings.

4. Children

Our academy serves players under 18. We collect a child’s data only from a parent or guardian, and only with their consent. Photos and videos of academy players are published only with the consent signed by the parent or guardian when the player joins. Parents may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Comments on our social media may come from children. We do not ask commenters for personal data and do not message them.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only:

  • with service providers who host our website, email and data for us, under contracts that protect it;
  • with the social media platforms themselves, when we reply on them;
